Talk with a registered nurse or GP
Our planned telehealth service will give you a way to discuss general health concerns online with a registered nurse or GP. The practitioner involved and the type of appointment will be clearly explained before you book.
This service is still being prepared. The information on this page describes the planned service, rather than a consultation you can book today.
What to expect when bookings open
- General consultations online with a registered nurse or GP.
- Clear information about the practitioner and appointment type.
- Pricing and service availability shown before booking.
- Details about which requests the service can assess.
The scope of care will depend on the practitioner and your circumstances. Further details will be published before the service launches.
Need a work certificate today?
Our existing online medical certificate service is a separate pharmacist assessment for today's absence from work. It is not a general nurse or GP consultation.
Eligible adults can request a one-day sick leave or carer’s leave certificate for today. The assessment costs $12.99 AUD, with a certificate emailed if approved. Payment does not guarantee approval.
For questions about the upcoming telehealth service, contact our team. We cannot arrange a telehealth booking until the service opens.
