A certificate for today
One day of work or carer’s leave. No backdating.
Delivered to your inbox
If approved, usually emailed within an hour or the same day.
This certificate is issued by a licensed pharmacist based on the information you provide and is suitable for short-term absences of 1 day. Please ensure all details are accurate and complete, as supporting documentation may be required for carer’s leave requests. Certificates are issued at the pharmacist’s discretion and within their scope of practice. If your condition requires extended leave or specialised medical attention, you may be referred to a medical practitioner.
A pharmacist is not a medical practitioner, and any opinion provided is in their capacity as a pharmacist, not as a medical practitioner. The consultation will assess your fitness for work or the need for carer’s leave but is not intended to replace medical treatment, opinion, or diagnosis. If your illness or injury persists or worsens, you should seek medical attention. Certificates are issued based on the information provided during the consultation and are intended for short-term absences only.
Cost: $12.99
