Our current service covers today's absence only. It does not cover past or future dates, or several days off work. For longer leave, speak with your GP.
Assessed by a pharmacist
A registered pharmacist assesses your request. If appropriate, they issue an absence-from-work certificate for sick or carer's leave. This is not a doctor-issued certificate.
$12.99 assessment fee

Check your workplace's evidence requirements before applying. Employers can request verification that a certificate was issued by MyMedicalCert.
For people aged 18 or over who live and work in Australia. You must wait 14 days after your last submission before applying again through MyMedicalCert. You can submit a request at any time; assessment and approval are not instant.

If approved, your certificate is emailed to you, usually the same day. Review times can vary and delivery is not guaranteed within an hour. You can submit a request at any time. Check your spam folder or contact support if you need help.
